Your adenoids are responsible for replacing lost molecular function. They keep you in balance by stabilizing your ability to process food, assimilate nutrients, fortify any essential nutrients and stabilize the nervous system. You can replace your adenoids by making a glyph that repairs lost body parts do to surgical removal. It is essential that you restore these missing parts to resolve some of your imbalances. Your skin regenerates rapidly and therefore requires direction. The adenoids change molecular function as needed to repair the body. Without the adenoids it regenerates at random without regard to elasticity or reparation. The adenoids required direction from the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland tells the stomach to digest, the intestines to absorb, and the bowels to discharge waste. Without the pituitary gland, the body would not know what to do. When the adenoids were removed it became necessary for the body to change direction and make other organs try to replace the function of the adenoids. Restore the lost function by regenerating adenoids and see what happens. Restore all of your missing body parts and you will find yourself wondering how you did without them.
The tonsils resolve molecular dysfunction….Tonsils require adequate understanding. They are needed to keep the body in line in regard to molecular changes that happen over time. Your tonsils are needed to reduce molecular dysfunction. This molecular dysfunction is caused by many agents that attack the body.
Many things can cause the tonsils (and adenoids) to be enlarged; toxic matter in the water, drinking substances that are toxic in general. All cola beverages and the like are toxic to the body. There are many more reasons, infection in the body which can be far removed from the tonsils. Earaches, digestive problems, there is no end to the list. Chronic digestive problems inflame both tonsils and the adenoids. Polluted food is the primary culprit in most cases. The tonsils are sensitive and require a diet that is free from chemicals and additives. Polluted drinking water will keep the tonsils inflamed…... Chlorine is detrimental and fluoride is worse. These are agents that can kill in large quantities. What makes them think small quantities are safe? Organic food, properly cleansed, is needed by the body to flourish. Don't think that there is an easy answer. The body must be treated with respect. Toxic matter inflames the bowels as well. For children it is important they are given a diet that is free from all chemicals and additives of any kind. They are especially prone to infections from toxic matter. Please understand that this is essential to keep them healthy. Far too many children are eating food is not fit for rats. Tonsils require an absolutely clean environment. They need adequate nutrition. Chronic tonsillitis is caused by chemical agents in food and drinking water. Keep the diet clear of any poisonous substances. Bless your food. This can make a tremendous difference. You have the power to transmute any chemical agent with your mind; however, this must be consistent and thorough. The mind is a powerful thing. Right now it is under the control of others who use (people) to their advantage. (People) need to let go of the belief that (they) are limited in any way. (People) could fly if (they) wanted to…..There are no easy answers. Simply know for now that this is possible. Indians in South America are able to do this now. They believe in their power. Stop negating your power and it will happen….Try moving things with your mind. You can do this with ease if you let go of the belief that you cannot.
People need to see themselves as perfect and they will be. It is their vision of lack that causes them problems. When they see themselves as less than perfect, that makes it so. You could resolve all physical problems if you believe in your power to make it so. You are Divine. You have the power to do anything you choose. Believe in this and it will happen.

Answer: Fish are less toxic but they too must be avoided. They are poison in your body. Question: Abraham teaches, and the Pleiadian's, that animals do not mind being eaten? Answer: Yes, that is true. They realize that they must fulfill the destiny man has chosen for them. Therefore, they succumb to the wishes of man. Does this then create a karmic bond? (I later asked for an explanation of this statement and received the following :) Answer: There is a karmic bond between animals and humans that keeps them from evolving. Don’t’ plan anything that includes meat, even for others. Remove yourself from the picture completely. Man does not require meat according to My creation. This has been indoctrinated and drilled into the minds of humans by beings of less than Light in order to control them. The eating of animal flesh keeps humans in the state of bondage due to ingestion of fear and blood. Blood consumption keeps humans in a lower chakra level existence and will continue to do so. In order to achieve Ascension with ease and grace, consider cleansing your bodies of the remains of animal flesh. Retrain yourselves. Your belief systems can be changed if you desire to do so. Your belief about the need for animal protein has been given by those who are trying to control you and they have been succeeding. Human beings are capable of converting anything they eat to what their body needs. Go to the place where the animals are slaughtered. Look into the eyes of the animal. Place your hands against him and feel the fear. Watch while the animal is put to death and what happens after. Ask yourself this question: “Is this love?" Source: People will require vast amounts of cleansing. People who choose to continue eating dead animals will suffer during cleansing. My Question: Can people ascend who are eating meat. Source: Yes, they can but it will be hard for them. It will be difficult to maintain balance and cause marked disharmony. Their level of comprehension will be low due to the ingestion of inorganic matter. There will be no animals available for slaughter in the next dimension. First, you need to know that food is not even a requirement. This has been introduced to you. Your body will require this as long as you believe it needs it. Breath alone can keep you alive and well. Second, you need only what is necessary for you to draw the energy into your body. You need what you think you need. But you can convert whatever you have to what you need. My Question: Does it matter if food is cooked or raw? Answer: Raw food is always best as it is full of Light and oxygen. Cooking removes the life force, which includes the oxygen. Live food contains Light more so than cooked food. It helps your body to cleanse by eating raw food. (However) Do not feel you must eat all raw food. Hot food warms the body in winter. Hot food is okay mixed with raw food. Cook food only when necessary. Make it a habit to bless your food and breathe Light into it. Give sufficient support to each other. It is not necessary to change right away. Make it a gradual change. Most important is to give up the belief that your body needs something that it cannot produce by itself. Say a prayer every day that includes instructions to your body to change what it believes. Tell it to believe in its power to convert whatever it is given to whatever it needs.

Place your body in the Light every day. Fill your body with Light. (Do this in meditation. See the Light of God coming in through the top of your head, filling your body and going down into the Earth through the souls of your feet.) Tell them not to worry. Worry is causing disruption. Worry makes them ill. Illness is not necessary. Too many people believe that sickness is a part of life. It is not. Sickness is not necessary. Alternative forms of healing must be sought after. Medical care at present is creating more density. Prescription medicine and over the counter medication all causes density. Prescription drugs are poison and must be avoided. (This is what I received but I am not suggesting that people stop taking their prescription medication. I suggest seeking out a medical doctor who is into alternative healing and kinesiology to help them decide regarding prescription medication.) My Question: Many people take prescriptions that they feel are necessary. Source: Seek out natural alternative methods of healing. Alternative healing is the only answer. Diet and exercise will eliminate most problems. Dietary changes will require self discipline and cannot be overstated. Raw food is best for the body. . You are Divine. You have the power to heal yourself of anything. (This means everyone.) Tell them not to believe everything they read and hear. My Question: What more can I tell them to prepare? Source: First they need to know what they choose to do. Ascend or leave. Many will leave. My Question: It is my understanding that the time of our death is already set when we come in. ……Is there a choice we make and how will we know? Answer: Only in so far as your actions will reveal. You must realize that by choosing to lighten your soul you are making a choice. Live a life where you free yourself of mass marketing of realities that do not serve you. Tell them not to believe everything they read and hear. They must be ready to give up much of what they think they need. My Question: I asked for an example. Answer: Electrical devices that do not serve them. Most electrical devices do more harm than good. Your television is a good example. Subliminal messages create disharmony in the body. Give up television as soon as you can. This will help you eliminate interference patterns in the body. Most of your electronic devices cause harm. Electricity itself is harmful. My Question: Are you saying we will not have electricity in 2013? Answer: Yes, but it will be different. Microwave ovens cause major damage. Get rid of them. People need to understand they must prepare by cleansing themselves of negative interference patterns. Create a glyph for phones. Also one that will help balance the body. Electronic devices that give others information about you should be avoided. My Question: I asked for details. Answer: Cell phones. Electronic surveillance tracking devices. All satellite devices are suspect and should be removed from your life. (Not many of us are ready to give these things up. I still have my cell phone and GPS but I use them very seldom.) My Question: How do they affect our readiness to evolve and ascend? Answer: They do not per say, but they keep you under surveillance and do not allow you freedom from others who might construe as a threat. My Question: Let’s get back to what we can do to prepare. Answer: Spend time with the earth. The earth will cleanse you. Give it the opportunity. Spend as much time as you can in nature. Get away from any electrical interference. This is paramount. It cannot be overstated. My Question: Is there anything else? Answer: Incomplete karma must be resolved. Ask to have it removed. My Question: Some teach there is no such thing as karma. It is just a belief. Answer: The words of others do not resolve issues. Do not believe all you hear or read. Use your own judgment. Does it stand to reason you can do anything you want without consequences? This then is karma. My Question: What about issues from past lives. Answer: None of them matter if you ask it to be removed.
